How does the visit work?

Once you have booked you get a confirmation with your customer number. The day before your chosen date you get an email with an estimated arrival time. Our service van carries every tool needed, so we do all service and repairs on site.

If we find faults that need new parts, we send you a free quote after the visit — with photos, what is urgent and what can wait, and a timeline for when the work can be done. You accept directly in the quote.

Payment by Swish or card.

Cancellation

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance via the link in the confirmation email, or email with the subject “cancellation”.

Since 2014 we have trained, raced and breathed mountain biking. We have worked in some of the best-known bike shops in Stockholm and want to help you enjoy bike ownership with as few problems as possible.
