Booking terms

These terms apply when you book with Växlat.

1. Booking

Your booking is valid once we have confirmed it. Prices follow the price list at vaxlat.hdng.ai/priser and include VAT. If more work or more parts are needed than what you booked, we contact you before we do it.

2. Cancelling and rebooking

You can cancel or rebook free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit, via the link in the confirmation, or by contacting us. If you cancel later, or if we cannot get access to your bike at the agreed place, we may charge a fee according to the price list.

3. Payment

You pay by Swish or card on site; companies and property owners can pay by invoice with 15 days' payment terms.

4. Complaints

For consumers, the Swedish Consumer Services Act (konsumenttjänstlagen) applies. Contact us if something was not done right.

5. Liability

We are liable for damage that we cause while carrying out the work.

6. Personal data
